No we are a competence platform which want to make money on helping individuals and businesses get more out of the skills.
What if I want to use my data for recruitment?
If you want to use your data for recruitment purposes - that is your choice. However, Quadim does not support recruitment processes. Other platforms exist for that purpose.
Do I have to have public profiles?
No - Quadim allows the user to completely share on their own terms. You are in charge.
What if a skill definition change and I have loads of data connected to the "wrong one"
You can easily update skill definitions by either choosing a new version or by changing it. However, if you change the skill definition, you loosing your ratings.
Will you sell my data?
As long as we are in charge, we will never sell access to your data. You decide what to share with whome.
