The privacy of your personal data and information is very important to us and is a part of Quadim’s core values. We put great efforts into making sure that it is kept safe and used properly in accordance with these terms.  What are your rights? We are currently following the legal standards as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), enacted by the European Union in 2018 which protects the personal data of European Union (EU) citizens and affects any organization that stores or processes their personal data, even if it does not have a business presence in the EU. [https://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index\_en.htm](https://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm).   ### **What personal information do we process?** We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you subscribe to one of our webinars.   #### **These may include things such as:** Personal information which includes: Inputted names, emails, phone numbers   #### **Do we process any sensitive personal information? ** No.   #### **For what purpose do we process your information? ** - Communicate with participants regarding the webinar and related matters - Provide participants with access to the webinar both initially and after the webinar has ended - Monitor attendance and participation in the webinar - Analyze the effectiveness of the webinar - Post-event communication - Marketing of similar events   #### **Limitations:** Quadim does not use the personal information for any other purpose than set forth in the privacy policy.    #### **Withdrawal of consent:** The subscriber can withdraw consent for Quadim to process their personal information at any time.    #### **Right to be deleted:** Contact us directly for deletion of subscription data. ### **User of cookies and tracking technologies** Quadim uses webinargeek as the video platform for our webinars and registration. We might also use Linkedin for advertisement and registration. If you visit or subscribe through Webinargeek or Linkedin - you are subjected to Linkedin’s privacy policy where you will find information on their cookie and tracking technologies. Quadim does not utilise any tracking or cookie technologies when asking subscribers to subscribe to a webinar. WebinarGeek makes use of data centers of DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services   **Aiflow**:  Germany    **Linkedin**: see their privacy policy     ### **How long do we process your data?** No more than 6 months after subscription unless the subscriber consents to being part of an email list. The email address of subscribers to the newsletter will be kept as long as the newsletter subscribed to is published or until the person unsubscribes from the email list.   ### **Updates to privacy policy:** We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.   ### **How do you exercise your rights?** The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us directly.
