Ikigai is a Japanese concept that is often translated to "reason for being". Ikigai is made up of two japanes words; "Iki" = life and "kai" = effect/result/worth. We in Quadim believe that both the purpose & balance between the different aspects of what you love, what the world needs, what you are paid for and what you are good should be important in any personal competence mapping. Thus, we have now implemented the ability to tag and measure your own Ikigai in Quadim and hope that each person can become a little bit more conscious of the drivers and happiness in their own life.
